If you are trying manually via on-remote code setup, please try to use the app if possible. The app’s database is live and so up to date. If you have tried with the app and it doesn’t work, you can set up your device by learning from  your original remote. If this is not possible, please make a note of the make and model of the device in question, and send it to our Customer Service.
